A quick start training session button was added to the training page Moved the training logs to the top right hand corner of the training page Added the ability for users to add the daily challenge to their active training session Updated exercises to be filtered Added default exercises Updated the filter features for exercises

New default color scheme for MSA Added “exercises“ to the training tab Users can create exercises and use them for later training sessions The daily challenge has now been moved to the top of the training tab as an icon
